wTVision says its real-time graphics technology and live sports-data connectivity have been used in immersive basketball and baseball productions for Apple Vision Pro. The graphics layer places information inside the immersive scene rather than confining it to a conventional 16:9 frame. For basketball, the company lists lower thirds, player rosters, game and shot clocks, and scores. Its baseball package carries team lineups and statistics into the spatial presentation.
The workflow uses wTVision's sports graphics controllers and dedicated Basketball CG and Baseball CG applications, adapted for the production requirements of immersive live events. Live data feeds drive the graphics while operators retain control over creation, updates and presentation. Apple has separately described its live immersive production platform as using high-resolution ProRes video, uncompressed audio and per-frame metadata transported over IP with SMPTE ST 2110, but wTVision does not identify which parts of that public architecture interface directly with its system.
The technical significance is that broadcast graphics must now be treated as timed spatial elements rather than flat overlays. Scores and clocks still need deterministic updates, yet their scale, depth and position must remain readable across a viewer-controlled field of view. Reusing established sport-specific controllers and data connections may let production teams carry familiar operational logic into a format with very different composition and quality-control demands.
Important implementation details remain open. wTVision has not named the events, production partners, render engines, interface protocols, redundancy model or measured graphics latency. It also has not disclosed whether graphics were rendered upstream into the immersive stream or composited later in the delivery chain, nor whether the adapted applications are available as standard products. Those details will determine how readily other live productions can reproduce the workflow.
