Lawo has added HOME Logo Inserter and HOME Key and Fill Extractor to its containerised processing portfolio. The applications can run on standard compute on premises, in a private data centre or in cloud infrastructure under the common HOME orchestration and security layer.
Logo Inserter accepts one live video input and can create as many as 16 independent outputs, each with its own HTML-based logo overlay. The design targets regional versions, sponsorship obligations, event branding and platform-specific distribution without duplicating a full channel chain.
Key and Fill Extractor turns HTML5 graphics into separate SMPTE ST 2110-20 key and fill streams for downstream keyers and production switchers. It is available as a standalone app or inside the HOME Apps DSK, where as many as three independently configured keyers can share the workflow.
The announcement describes interfaces and scale but not latency figures, supported raster formats, redundancy behaviour or renderer compatibility. Facilities should test colourimetry, alpha handling, frame alignment and recovery before placing the apps in a critical on-air graphics path.
