Strada demonstrated version 2.0 of its collaborative media platform at IBC2026. The update lets reviewers place comments directly on camera RAW material, avoiding an obligatory proxy-generation step before editorial feedback can begin.
A one-click transcode function creates optimised media when a production does need smaller or edit-friendly files. The combination is intended to let teams choose between immediate source review and purpose-built derivatives without moving into a separate application.
Strada also showed a full-featured iOS application for remote access. That extends the platform beyond its existing ability to mount remote storage as a local-looking drive and brings more review activity to producers and crew members away from an edit workstation.
The report does not list every supported RAW format, colour pipeline or review-security control. Facilities should validate playback performance, annotation accuracy, cache behaviour and permission inheritance across desktop and mobile clients before using the system for confidential material.
