ATOMOSphere is being connected directly to Pomfort's ShotPut Studio, bringing cloud destinations into a tool already used for checksum-verified camera-card offload. Operators can browse ATOMOSphere workspaces, projects and folders from ShotPut Studio and choose them as part of an ingest plan.
The integration is intended to move both camera originals and production proxies while retaining ShotPut's verification workflow. It also adds a path for transcoding ProRes RAW into H.264, H.265 or ProRes deliverables and organising the results into automated folder structures.
The practical value is continuity between on-set data management and remote post-production. A verified transfer can feed a shared workspace without a second upload utility, reducing duplicated handling and making proxies available earlier to editorial teams away from the camera location.
The announcement does not yet provide independent throughput measurements, recovery behaviour for interrupted transfers or a complete commercial schedule. Productions should still validate checksum reporting, bandwidth demand and cloud egress policy before treating the workflow as a replacement for established backup practice.
