Magewell has shown the Pro Convert IP to AIO 4K at IBC2026. The compact decoder converts IP media to 4Kp60 HDMI 2.0 or 12G-SDI and supports HDR10 and HLG output.
Input options include NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX2 and HX3, SRT, RIST, Zixi, RTMP, RTSP, HLS and MPEG transport streams over RTP or UDP. A built-in multiviewer can arrange as many as four HD H.264 or H.265 streams in dual or quad layouts.
The device provides a practical edge between heterogeneous IP contribution and conventional monitors, routers or production switchers. A module version places the same decoding path in Magewell’s Modator 2U chassis for denser installations.
Protocol breadth means timing and feature depth can differ between inputs. Engineers should verify deinterlacing, HDR metadata, audio mapping, failover, stream reconnection and latency for each source type rather than treating every supported label as equivalent.
