Fujifilm presented three broadcast-lens developments covering very wide, portable long-zoom and stadium box-lens work. A 4mm prototype is described as the company’s widest B4 lens, aimed at confined locations where a camera cannot move farther from the action.
A 30x portable lens offers more reach than standard ENG zooms while remaining lighter than the company’s 46x design. Fujifilm positions it for courtside and other mobile sports roles where operators need distance without moving to a full box-lens support package.
The third addition is a 94x box lens. It sits below the maximum reach of a 107x model while giving facilities another size and price-performance point for stadium, concert and large-venue cameras.
The report does not provide complete focal ranges, aperture ramps, optical performance data, weights, prices or shipping dates for all three products. The 4mm unit is explicitly a prototype, so its final specification and availability may change.
