ENCO will show an expanded Qimera virtual-production system at IBC2026. A single server can now support traditional green-screen virtual studios, live augmented-reality graphics and LED-based extended reality, with the LED-wall driver enabled through an additional licence.

The platform's Talent Tracking follows presenters in three dimensions rather than only across a floor plane. ENCO says the extra spatial information keeps shadows and reflections aligned as talent moves and can let gestures or position trigger graphics inside news, weather or sports productions.

Qimera now supports Unreal Engine 5.6 and NVIDIA DLSS 4.5. ENCO reports about a 15% graphics-performance gain, alongside improved rendering and anti-aliasing. VISCA control connects robotic or PTZ cameras, while MOS integration lets newsroom systems such as ENPS trigger scenes, media and graphics from a rundown.

The combined modes could reduce duplicated studio infrastructure, but the published performance gain is a vendor figure without a test configuration. Tracking volume, camera count, latency, LED calibration requirements and licensing costs remain unspecified.
