MultiDyne will show the Cinebot Nano compact motion-control system at IBC2026 following adoption by broadcasters and smaller production companies. Developed from MRMC robotics technology, the package is designed to travel in three airline-compliant cases rather than requiring a large studio installation.
The arm supports camera payloads up to 7kg and provides one metre of reach on either side. Its software creates repeatable programmed moves, allowing a production to reproduce the same path for visual effects, product work, live presentation or multi-take sequences.
Mounting options include a tripod, an inverted position and a vehicle installation for moving cockpit or cabin shots. That flexibility broadens the system beyond fixed virtual-production stages and gives smaller crews access to camera motion that traditionally required heavier robotics and specialist transport.
The published preview confirms dimensions of the operating concept and payload class but does not include move-speed, repeatability tolerance, safety zoning, setup time or price. Those figures are important when comparing the Nano with rails, remote heads and larger robotic arms.
