Limited Edition Audio has introduced VoxSplit Pro, an offline dialogue-separation tool for film, television, documentary and factual production. It is designed for recordings in which two people speak together or a nearby voice masks the intended speaker.
The software separates the performances so an editor can rebalance, process or cut them independently. That can recover otherwise unusable interviews, uncontrolled location sound and dramatic material where another take or automated dialogue replacement is impossible.
All processing stays on the local workstation. The company says recordings are neither uploaded nor stored remotely, and the system does not generate or clone voices. Delivery formats include AAX AudioSuite, VST3 and a standalone application with Standard, Precision and Rescue modes.
No objective separation, artefact or processing-speed benchmarks are published. Audio teams should test cross-talk, reverberation, music, background noise and phase integrity before applying the output to final dialogue stems.
