Tiledmedia has launched Fabric, a live processing platform that combines video mixing, graphics, advertising, transcoding and packaging in one data-driven pipeline. Raw video, audio, graphics and event feeds can be turned into a conventional produced stream without passing through separate gallery, graphics and encoding systems.
The same deployment can also align and package individual camera and data feeds for an interactive experience. Viewers may choose a camera, follow a competitor, build a multiview or enable data overlays, while a lean-back audience receives the director's main programme with graphics burned in. Event data can change layouts or trigger side-by-side advertising during a pause in play.
The technical proposition is a shared processing layer for personalised and fixed outputs. Tight integration can reduce repeated encoding stages and remove interfaces that add delay or operational risk, while automation makes screen composition responsive to real-time data. Tiledmedia says Fabric is already operating with several international streaming providers and is available directly or through AWS Marketplace. Those customers are unnamed, and the company has not published capacity, latency, codec or redundancy benchmarks.
