nanocosmos is presenting a broader real-time video platform that joins its nanoStream delivery service with the browser-based nanoStudio production environment. The company says Media over QUIC has been running in production for more than a year and can support sub-second experiences.
New production functions include server-side chroma keying that can turn one source into multiple branded streams, a player with live replay and session recording for on-demand use. AI-generated captions and translations cover more than 45 languages, while token revocation and analytics support controlled distribution.
The combined approach is aimed at interactive streaming, where contribution, lightweight production and playback need to operate inside the same low-latency envelope. Running visual treatment on the server can also keep client requirements consistent across multiple destinations.
The company has not published independent latency distributions, supported MoQ profiles, caption accuracy or the processing cost of multiple branded outputs. Multicamera production is described as planned, so the current platform should not yet be read as a complete replacement for a full live switcher.
