Jünger Audio will introduce flexAI CastCompanion, a live voice-mixing function powered by its JAIC processing. The system is intended to create a consistent broadcast mix when commentators, reporters or remote guests arrive at different levels and with varying background noise.
The wider flexAI update adds interfaces covering SD-SDI through 12G-SDI at formats up to UHD 60p, plus NDI. Integrated video delay is provided for audio-video alignment, and TVU MediaMesh support connects the processing platform to distributed cloud and remote workflows.
CastCompanion targets sport, news, broadcast production and podcasts where an operator may otherwise spend significant time riding levels. Automation could make small productions more consistent, but predictable control and fast manual intervention remain important for live use.
The announcement confirms the product direction and interfaces but does not state release dates, pricing, channel capacity or objective intelligibility measurements. Performance claims should therefore be validated with mixed voices, accents and real background noise.
