Irdeto is integrating Chainalysis Reactor into its cyber-services investigation framework as pirate IPTV, streaming and gaming operators increasingly use cryptocurrency for payment. The platform gives analysts a way to trace public-ledger transactions and connect them with wider case evidence.
The stated workflow can identify exchange cash-out points and map financial relationships between operators. Irdeto combines that information with content forensics, infrastructure analysis, protection technology and payment-disruption work, with evidence intended to support rights holders and cross-border enforcement.
The technical shift is from detecting an illicit stream to mapping the business behind it. Following money may expose shared wallets, service providers and conversion points even when sites or delivery infrastructure are replaced.
