Cricket Australia has opened early access to Cricket TV, a direct-to-consumer service for fans outside its established broadcast territories. A full commercial launch is planned later in 2026.

Eluvio's platform ingests live and archive feeds, transcodes and publishes them, and serves browser, mobile and connected-TV applications. Announced functions include HD and 4K output, low-latency HLS and DASH, multi-view, DVR and live-to-VOD conversion.

The commercial layer supports subscriptions, pay-per-view and advertising. Security and rights functions include encryption, DRM, forensic watermarking, geoblocking and dynamic entitlement control, while AI tools provide frame-level indexing, search and vertical-video composition.

The deployment shows a sports rights holder using one platform to enter markets not covered by existing television agreements. Early-access reach is confirmed by the organisations, but audience scale, service reliability, pricing and the final launch date remain undisclosed.
