Ateme and Comcast Technology Solutions have announced a collaboration that brings Ateme media-processing and delivery technology into the Comcast Media360 service portfolio. The arrangement targets live video workflows that span broadcast encoding, OTT distribution and monetisation.
CTS can use Ateme Titan for compression and the NEA OTT delivery and monetisation stack, with Ateme+ SaaS services available as part of a Media360 deployment. This gives Comcast's managed-service teams additional components for building live encoding and distribution chains without requiring customers to integrate each vendor independently.
