SDVI will demonstrate a redesigned version of its Rally media supply-chain management platform at IBC2026. The release includes a new orchestration engine, a graphical supply-chain builder and an agentic AI interface intended to make complex media workflows easier to assemble and operate.
The graphical builder addresses a recurring problem in cloud media operations: orchestration logic can become difficult to understand when it is spread across scripts, service configurations and vendor-specific controls. A visual representation can make dependencies, processing stages and exception routes more accessible to engineering and operations teams.
SDVI also plans to show partner integrations for AI-assisted ad-break detection, speech translation and subtitle correction. Importantly, Rally continues to support hybrid infrastructure, allowing organisations to coordinate cloud services with on-premises systems rather than treating migration as an all-or-nothing project.
The announcement describes the product direction, not a detailed release specification. SDVI has not yet published the agent's permission boundaries, supported actions, rollback behaviour or a complete migration plan for current Rally workflows. Those controls will be central to whether agentic operation is safe in a live supply chain.
