RCS Worldwide is adding a conversational layer to radio music scheduling through RCSAI in SelectorCloud. Programmers can use natural-language requests to explore or act on scheduling information rather than navigating every function through traditional menus.
The capability sits within the wider RCS Intelligence and cloud ecosystem. Alongside it, ZettaCloud Guest Management can send a secure link to a contributor's phone or computer, creating a browser-based path into a live radio workflow without requiring a dedicated remote codec at the guest location.
Natural-language control may reduce the time needed for exploratory scheduling tasks, but radio logs remain editorial and commercial documents. Stations will need clear confirmation, audit and rollback behaviour before allowing an assistant to change a transmission schedule.
RCS has not published the model architecture, data-residency options, detailed permission controls or a final availability and pricing schedule. Audio quality, latency and browser support for the guest workflow also need production validation.
