We Are Falcon has added an animation mode to Falcon Graphics, its free browser-based editor for HTML and OGraf-compatible broadcast graphics. Designers can build movement on a timeline while keeping the project files on their own workstation rather than uploading the canonical project to a hosted graphics service.
The release connects visual animation with operational control. Element-specific values sit alongside universal fields, while OGraf data bindings expose values that playout systems can update. Callable actions such as GoToFrameAndPlay let an external controller move an animation to a defined frame and continue playback, providing a practical bridge between design-time motion and on-air commands.
For production teams, the local-first approach reduces the distance between authoring and deployment. A graphics package can be prepared in a normal browser, saved locally and used in Falcon Play or other HTML/CasparCG workflows that understand the output and control model.
The public editor confirms the feature set, but broad interoperability still depends on the target renderer and controller. Complex templates should be tested with the actual playout chain, fonts, data payloads and browser engine before transmission.
