Cuez has announced Cuez Admin and expanded Storydesk, Rundown and Automator into a more unified newsroom-to-air workflow. Admin provides central control for media groups with several stations or subsidiaries, including shared presets, news feeds, MAM connections and language models. Local stations can keep their own branding, naming, permissions and publishing destinations.
Storydesk aggregates material from wires, email and RSS into a story-centric newsroom environment. The same story can move into the collaborative Rundown, where users edit scripts and instructions together, and then into Automator for timed control of switchers, audio, graphics, cameras and playout. Cuez lists integrations across products from EVS, Grass Valley, Vizrt, Blackmagic Design, Dante, Canon, Chyron, Harmonic and Sony.
An MCP interface allows organisations to connect an approved AI model to tasks such as ingest filtering, story creation, fact-check support, metadata, semantic retrieval and reporting. The technical value depends on the shared story context: an agent can work across editorial and production state without copying data between isolated tools. Cuez says the journalist remains in control, but it has not published detailed permissions, audit behaviour, model-support boundaries or availability and pricing for Cuez Admin.
