Chilean broadcaster TV+ has upgraded its studio workflow with Blackmagic Design equipment supplied and integrated by Duo. The project centres on four URSA Broadcast G2 cameras and is designed to work with the broadcaster's existing production environment rather than require a complete replacement.
An ATEM SDI Extreme ISO provides switching and recording functions, with a Blackmagic Camera Control Panel for coordinated camera shading. A Videohub 10x10 12G router manages signal paths around the compact system.
Teranex AV and Mini Converter units handle format and interface conversion at the boundaries of the installation. That combination gives TV+ a common control and signal ecosystem while accommodating equipment that does not share the same native connectivity.
The deployment report does not publish the programme schedule, redundancy design or measured improvements in speed and reliability. Its broader value will depend on how the system handles failure, operator handover, archive integration and expansion beyond the initial four-camera studio.
