We Are Falcon has opened a free beta of Falcon Rundown, its cloud-based production planning and running-order system. The company is inviting professional producers, streamers and people exploring video production to test the platform before its full commercial rollout.
Falcon Rundown runs in a browser and is designed to cover the core information that a production team needs around a show: stories, timing, production items, notes, cuecards, prompter text and on-air status. The product is positioned between general-purpose spreadsheets and the larger newsroom computer systems normally deployed by established broadcasters.
That middle ground matters for local channels, independent production companies, schools, live-event teams and online studios. These organisations may need collaborative timing and control, but cannot justify a complex on-premises NRCS or a large integration project. A hosted rundown can shorten setup time and allow crew members to work from different locations.
The beta follows a series of public previews covering colour-coded production tags, tablet handwriting, collaborative editing and connected show elements. We Are Falcon's product page also describes PDF layouts, cuecard sharing, mobile access, live timing and integration with Falcon Play. The free beta gives users a way to test whether those workflows fit their production before selecting a paid plan or adding automation hardware.
Beta availability also means the platform should not be treated as a finished, static product. Teams evaluating it for live work should test recovery, connectivity, permissions, printing and timing with their own production pattern. We Are Falcon is using the public phase to collect practical feedback while moving the platform beyond its earlier closed-beta deployments.
