We Are Falcon introduced Falcon Rundown in October 2025 as a cloud-based running-order system for television and live production. The initial message was deliberately simple: replace fragmented spreadsheets and static documents with a shared workspace that remains affordable and approachable for smaller production teams.

A sequence of product previews then filled in the operational model. Stories, timing, tags, notes, prompter text and live status sit in the same rundown. Crew members can collaborate in real time, attach media and production information as an idea develops, and keep the timing dynamic as segments are added, removed or reordered.

Colour-coded production items provide a common visual language. Labels such as camera, server, graphic and sound allow operators to scan what is coming next without opening every story. We Are Falcon also showed sticky-note-style production information and role-oriented layouts, addressing the reality that a director, editor, camera operator and floor manager do not need the same density of information.

Mobile and tablet workflows were part of the early rollout. An operator can draw, circle or highlight directly on a tablet, keeping personal last-minute notes close to the rundown without changing the shared story text. A basic introduction video also positioned the product for events and TV productions that need a formal running order but do not want a large newsroom infrastructure project.

Those early posts are best read together rather than as separate feature launches. They establish the product's direction before the later free beta and custom-column releases: one connected production workspace that links editorial preparation, live timing, crew communication, cuecards, prompter output and downstream Falcon Play automation.
