The final season of Denmark's Vild med Dans used Falcon Rundown as part of the platform's closed beta, according to We Are Falcon. The production worked with the online rundown system as well as offline script and cuecard tools while the product was still being developed for a broader release.
A large entertainment format is a useful test environment for rundown software because the running order must connect editorial content, performances, presenter links, technical cues and strict segment timing. Changes can continue close to transmission, while different roles need different views of the same underlying show structure.
We Are Falcon says the collaboration gave its team an opportunity to develop the product alongside a production operating at significant scale and professional complexity. The experience appears to have informed a product that combines browser collaboration with printable or offline materials for crew members who still depend on scripts and cuecards away from the main interface.
The vendor later moved Falcon Rundown toward an open beta, adding functions such as live timing, production tags, mobile layouts, handwritten tablet notes, comments and links to Falcon Play automation. The Vild med Dans deployment predates that public phase and therefore represents a real-production validation point rather than a general customer release.
The announcement does not provide an independent case study or a detailed account of which departments used each tool. Even so, naming the production is notable. It shows that We Are Falcon tested its system in a demanding entertainment workflow before inviting smaller broadcasters and independent teams into the public beta.
