Vivo has detailed the X500 Pro for Europe with a video specification that includes 4K recording at up to 240 frames per second, 4K/120p subject-tracking autofocus and 8K/30p capture.
The main camera uses a 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch sensor. Vivo also lists 10-bit 4:2:2 log recording, ACES support and an official DaVinci Resolve colour transform, giving post teams a defined starting point for integrating phone footage into a managed grading workflow.
A hardware imaging pipeline and Bluetooth monitoring are intended to move the device beyond casual capture. The practical benefit will depend on sustained thermal behaviour, rolling shutter, bitrate, highlight handling and whether all advertised modes remain available during long takes.
The published specifications and Vivo's claimed 17-stop dynamic range have not yet been independently validated in the cited report. European availability is scheduled for late October and early November, so real-world recording limits, media consumption and Resolve matching remain open.
