Tulix says its content-delivery network now runs on HTTP/3 and QUIC, targeting faster connection establishment and better behaviour when viewers move across mobile or unstable networks. The company will demonstrate the implementation at NAB Show New York on 21 and 22 October.

QUIC moves transport security and stream handling over UDP, avoiding some head-of-line blocking associated with older HTTP over TCP paths. Tulix also offers multi-CDN delivery, giving operators a way to route around a provider or regional performance problem.

The surrounding platform includes SRT fan-out from one contribution feed to multiple destinations, live and on-demand content management, subscriber and payment functions, native applications, automated 24-hour playout, SCTE-35 ad insertion and viewer-behaviour analytics.

This is a vendor product announcement rather than a published customer benchmark. Tulix has not supplied start-up-time comparisons, loss and congestion tests, supported player matrices, traffic scale or pricing, so services considering migration should validate HTTP/3 reach and fallback behaviour across their real device estate.
