ThinkAnalytics is extending agentic AI from consumer recommendations into the tools used by editorial and advertising teams. Its Metadata AI enriches programmes with themes, moods and other attributes intended to describe why an audience might respond to a title, not only its genre or cast.
Editors can request a campaign or content rail in natural language around an event, topic or mood. An agent searches films, programmes, documentaries and linear channels, then prepares a collection that staff can review. ThinkAnalytics says tasks that took weeks can be reduced to minutes.
The company also combines viewing behaviour, content metadata and profiles to order individual titles and whole rails. For advertising, it uses programme tone and inferred household interests to build contextual segments without adding a separate third-party dataset.
ThinkAnalytics reports more than 30% growth in viewing from personalized carousels in some deployments, but does not publish customer baselines, controlled methodology, error rates, editorial safeguards or independent privacy review.
