Westminster Schools in Atlanta has installed a QuickLink StudioPro-3 as the main production engine in a new three-camera studio. The facility includes a 30-foot LED wall, lighting grid, control room and classroom space and is used for weekly news, sports, podcasts and class projects.
StudioPro combines multicamera switching, ISO recording, graphics, remote guests, playback, NDI and web sources. Aux outputs feed the LED-wall processors, allowing students to place browser sources and layered graphics behind presenters. A StudioPro Proton hardware panel provides tactile switching control.
The school reports that work which previously required recording followed by about five hours of student editing can now be switched, branded and uploaded immediately after the session. Students in grades 9–12 are the main operators, with younger classes also using the room for digital storytelling.
The evidence comes from a vendor customer story and does not include measured reliability, staffing hours across a representative sample or comparison with alternative systems. The system’s redundancy, backup recording and failure-recovery design are also not described. The reported turnaround change is useful, but it should not be treated as a controlled benchmark.
