Hollyland has launched the LARK M3 wireless microphone system with support for up to four transmitters and four receivers. Its topology can send one transmitter to four camera receivers or combine four speakers at one receiver, giving small crews several ways to cover multicamera and multi-person productions.
The system records at 48 kHz in 32-bit float and can preserve four tracks independently for later balancing. Hollyland specifies a 70 dB signal-to-noise ratio, 125 dB maximum sound-pressure level and up to 300 metres of range under ideal conditions. Each magnetic clip-on transmitter weighs nine grams.
A primary-and-secondary receiver arrangement provides automatic failover: if the primary disappears, another connected receiver takes over. The platform also includes three levels of AI noise reduction, eight voice presets, automatic limiting and per-receiver gain control. Claimed battery life reaches eight hours per transmitter and up to 48 hours through the charging case.
The range figure is an ideal-condition claim, and no independent crowded-RF or failover timing tests are cited. The proprietary HDT link is not positioned as a substitute for coordinated professional UHF systems. Published prices start at $99, with several transmitter-and-receiver bundles available now.
