4Wall Entertainment built three LED production environments for Disclosure Day using Absen panels, Brompton Tessera processing and Disguise media servers. The builds covered a command centre, a television newsroom and a 360-degree car process.

The command-centre set integrated ten LED surfaces into the scenery. A nearly 40-foot centre wall and five ceiling sections used Absen PL2.5 Pro panels, while Disguise timelines carried dozens of surveillance and GoPro feeds. One section could contain 50 individually keyframed layers because the on-screen material had to respond to the script.

The newsroom used a 1.9 mm wall driven by one Brompton SX40. The car volume measured about 132 by 16 feet at 16,200 by 2,000 pixels and played 16K stitched plates through VX 4+ servers. Genlock and ShutterSync aligned cameras and displays, while Pomfort LiveGrade and image-based lighting kept walls and fixtures in one colour workflow.

The published case study documents dimensions and components. It does not provide camera-frame offsets, total render latency, processor redundancy, calibration tolerances, power consumption or an independent comparison with location photography.
