Brainstorm has announced a package of Suite 7 updates across InfinitySet virtual production, Aston graphics and Edison immersive presentation tools. All three use the company’s eStudio render engine, which is optimised for dual-GPU workstations.

InfinitySet adds AI-assisted talent keying without a green screen and body-part tracking that can drive interaction with 3D graphics. The render engine gains native Gaussian splatting for building detailed environments from photographs, plus a particle system and continued Unreal Engine 5.8 integration.

Brainstorm is also adding voice recognition and action triggers for automated sequences, along with pre-built calibration and integration for PTZ cameras and video walls. Its IBC demonstration combined a Sony FR7, EVS T-Motion robotics and an Alfalite LED wall, while another setup drove three cameras from one InfinitySet workstation.

The announcement describes demonstrations rather than independent performance tests. It does not publish keying accuracy, tracking latency, supported splat sizes, GPU utilisation or behaviour when subjects overlap. Voice-trigger reliability and calibration repeatability also remain unquantified, so facilities should test the exact camera, lighting and display configuration before live use.
