AVIXA TV has expanded its wireless-audio workflow with Shure Axient Digital and the ANX4 scalable receiver. The system supports a high channel count in one rack unit and uses ShureCloud to manage channel licences.

Licences can be assigned to the receiver according to production demand and transferred between compatible hardware. For AVIXA TV, that creates a pool of capacity that can follow work between its studio, trade-show coverage and other production locations instead of remaining fixed to one rack.

Software-defined channel capacity can improve equipment utilisation, but it also makes licence state, cloud access and recovery procedures part of the audio system. A production team needs to know what remains operational if connectivity or account access is unavailable shortly before transmission.

The source is a Shure customer story and does not publish RF test results, total deployed channel count, network architecture or a competing-system comparison. It demonstrates the licensing and deployment model, not universal wireless performance in every venue.
