Agama Technologies and Redge Technologies have completed an integration that adds Agama monitoring to Redge-powered video applications. The companies say the SDK work was completed in days rather than requiring a longer platform project.
The integration sends real-time telemetry from applications and viewing devices, covering playback, service and device behaviour. Engineering teams can use those session-level signals to distinguish a broad platform incident from a problem affecting one device class, access network or software version.
Product and support teams also gain a shared quality-of-experience view. That can shorten investigations when a viewer reports buffering or playback failure, provided the identifiers and timelines can be correlated without exposing unnecessary personal data.
The announcement does not publish event volume, sampling, added client overhead, retention or privacy configuration. It also gives no measured reduction in mean time to resolution, so the operational benefit remains a claim to be validated in service. Alert thresholds and data ownership between the two suppliers also need operational definition.
